Job Description

• Understand the problem statement of product and derive solutions.
• Conduct market research, competition analysis and user research.
• Participate in product strategy, build roadmap and execute to bring products to life.
• Good team player who can effectively collaborate with multiple teams to solve problems and take the product forward.
• Involve in sprint and release planning.
• Provide direction for the development / design team through user stories and use cases for product features.
• Look for roadblocks in product development to take informed and calculated risks.
• Effectively organize daily standups, brainstorming and review sessions.
• Maintain backlogs and prioritize them effectively.
• Love for testing the product as an end-user and iterate to make the product better.
• Responsible to ensure the value that product can create for users throughout the cycle.
• Familiarity with agile process and principles.
• Definite product metrics and bridge the gaps in the product through data.
• Contribute for the product's 'Go To Market Strategy' along with the marketing team.
• Stay outcome oriented and continuously identify areas of improvement.
• Good on writing, communication, organization and time management.
