Responsibilities:

 

Minimum 3+ years in ConfirmIT / Qualtrics as a Survey Programmer

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • The role would entail designing interactive surveys, which involves scripting the survey, customizing and validating the responses using JavaScript and HTML tags.
  • Handle multiple projects independently and deliver error free output.
  • Upload/download of data and cross check of the data for accuracy.
  • Discuss issues related to questionnaires with internal teams/clients and suggest solutions for the same.
  • Coordinate with team and help them program the surveys.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Assist the supervisor in tasks / assignments like developing / executing new procedures / processes, diagnosis of problem / client issues, etc.
  • Upon request, participate and contribute in review meetings.
