Back-end Developer - Django / Python

We are a Enterprise Networking startup (NASSCOM 10K selected) aspiring to transform the way networks are built, operated and managed. We work on bleeding edge technolgies that solves critical probems in the cloud and IoT centric world. This is being led by comprehensive research and intellectual property development.
We are looking for analytical, creative and results-oriented Backend Developer who can own the entire backend stack and scale it to the next level. If this is the next challenge you seek, read further.

Core Responsibilities

• Design/Implement/Deploy our client facing product. This would involve building business APIs, DIY product and analytics dashboard.
• Building APIs, writing simple, clean code to power new product features, as well as refactoring and improving existing code
• Strengthen or improve development and release processes within the team.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in shipping code in Django and Python
• Fluent coding ability with Python /Django and to be able to build components and apps independently
• Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of building scalable and maintainable systems
• Able to create database schemas that represent and support business proces
• Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience working in a Git, test driven development environment with continuous integration
• Good communication and colloboration skills
