-Build web application forms, reports, and layout set as per customer requirements

-Develop enhancements to application programs and reports following agreed application development standards and quality assurance regulations

-Design and manage customers intranets Implement, support, and manage secured applications -Attend, troubleshoot, and resolve assigned help desk calls and log associated activities in the help desk system

-Implement preset operational standards and procedures
