We are looking for people like you to join our highly dynamic remote team working on the next generation conversational marketing software.

What we expect from you :

- Responding promptly to customer inquiries. 
- Communicating with customers through various channels. 
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers and ensuring customer satisfaction. 
- Willingness to learn continuously about the products inside and out so that you can answer questions. 
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints. 
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. 
- Understand the technical aspects of problems and efficiently coordinating with the product team. 
- Validating product feedbacks and contribute to product development constructively. 
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset. 
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

You'll be the right person for this role if you have the following:

- Creative 
- Have perfect spoken and written English skills 
- At least 1+ years of experience working as L1/L2 software support agents 
- Experience writing technical knowledge-base articles or playbooks 
- Strong presentation skills 
- Excellent soft skills, including critical thinking, decision making, and conflict resolution 
- Committed to self-development and the professional growth of others 
- Excellent at reducing overly complicated and unstructured answers into a set of structured and straightforward decisions 
- Experience with deep ping for >500 tickets per week 
- Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript 
- Comfortable working remotely or outside of the office environment 
- Previous work experiences with SaaS or chatbot companies
