Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge AI
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate product requirements into scalable and maintainable software
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Review and mentor the work of junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and software development
• Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues, ensuring the stability and performance of our
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of our code documentation and knowledge

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related

• 5+ years of experience as a software developer with a strong track record of success in AI-related projects.
• Deep understanding of software design principles and patterns, including object-oriented programming (OOP) and microservices
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++) and experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven ability to lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and supportive work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
