Role: Visual & Multisensorial design

  1. Design thinking involves understanding customer's business needs, empathizing with end-users, visualizing user personas, user journeys and detailing user motivations & frustrations. 
  2. Visual designing starts with wireframing (paper & pen), detailing information and actions, users will see and interact with. This is the starting point and will guide visual / multisensorial design.
  3. Designer would also be involved in discussions around product roadmap, enhancements & change requests.
