2-3 Yrs Exp QA for ensuring Quality of Web & Mobile apps

We're looking for a mid-senior QA to join our team. Overview of responsibilities below:

  • Testcase ownership: Demonstrate ability to understand the why of a project & it's scope and can write test cases incrementally, in parallel with the BA/PM while wireframing & designing are being done. Once TC is ready, anybody on the QA team should be able to test & carry out downstream activities. Knowledge / thought process to use tools to check for speed, hack-ability & browser / device level crashes would be good. 
  • QA report ownership: Demonstrate ability to share stability score (%) against the test cases written, along with a release note stating what's completed & what's not covered in the build. Ability to prioritize defect fixes based on business criticality and communicating clearly to cross functional teams responsible for development / business analysis.
