Description

We're looking for an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team of developers.
As a Ruby on Rails Developer, we are expecting you to have strong working experience with Ruby.

Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
Developing large multi-tenant applications in Rails.
Understanding Rails best practices and religiously introducing those to our codebase.
Working closely with the Product managers and UX team.
Helping QA’s to write automated integration tests.
Staying up-to-date with current and future Backend technologies and architectures.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Good understanding of the syntax of Ruby and its nuances and MVC frameworks.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming.
Understanding of functional programming style in Ruby.
Familiarity with concepts of MVC, Mocking, ORM, and RESTful.
Knack for writing clean, readable Ruby code.
Demonstrable knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Query.
Good Knowledge of Relational databases.
Working knowledge of NoSQL databases.
Implementation of automated testing platforms and unit tests.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, Git.


Qualification: B.Tech/B.E.
