Freelance Full Stack Javascript Developer

This is a contractual / freelancer role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Javascript Developer with expertise in React.js, Node.js and PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities:

• Building a multi-tenant e-commerce platform using open source technologies.
• You will be responsible for building secure API with Node.js and related frameworks.
• Writing test cases on the Backend and Frontend(if necessary).
• Design and implementation of the overall web architecture.
• Designing Databases and working with Prisma/TypeORM.
• Strictly adhere to best practices and write quality code.
• Supporting stakeholders with technical ideas and working with designers and Frontend Developers.
• Ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability.

Required Technical skills:

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• You are familiar with Typescript and truly appreciate it.
• Proficient with Node.js and APIs (Experience with Nest.js is preferred but not necessary).
• Knowledge of React.js or Next.js
• You are an expert with Node.js and building fast and secure APIs.
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors and libraries such as Tailwind.
• Bonus points, If you have experience building e-commerce systems.
• Thorough understanding of best practices and security.
• Proficiency with Git.
• Appreciation for clean and well documented code.
• Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests.
