We are in search of an accomplished Software Engineer/Software Architect to lead our engineering team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of Software Product Development Experience.
• Passionate about technology and Software Products/Services.
• Strong IT industry experience with multi-domain expertise (Web & Mobile Technologies).
• Problem solver with strong analytical skills.
• Must possess good business acumen
• Extensive customer and project management experience.
• Strong leadership, team-building and people management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A thinker and a doer with a vision, enthusiasm and energy to make things happen.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lean start-up environment.
• Prior experience in a lead role at a Software Services company will be a bonus.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Head the entire Software Engineering Team (Web, Mobile Apps & DevOps).
• Manage multiple projects across various clients.
• Work on Software architecture, with a hands-on approach to coding and managing the team using Agile methodologies.
• Understanding customer requirements and delivering technology solutions within set timelines.
• Ensure clean, consistent, maintainable code with proper documentation.
• Implement industry best practices, define coding standards and guide the developers to deliver impeccable quality of code.
• Introduce new innovative solutions, products and service offerings.
• Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders to shape long term business strategies.
