Software Engineer and Problem solver

cloudbash technologies pvt ltd , bangalore · expertrec.com · Full-time employment · Programming

Have you been happy with the search on say your favorite site?  We are fixing the search on every website in this world.

We are building a search engine that could power search for websites and apps.  I am an ex-Google engineer, who has worked on the google crawler and the search algorithms.  We are re-doing the same in our SaaS platform to sell to individual websites.

You will be solving some of the complex situations that a crawler has to handle, the backend that gives complete control on the search and crawl experience of the website, the JS SDK (mobile SDKs are coming), that could be remotely re-designed by the site owners, etc.

This is a once in a life time oppurtunity and if you have a great set of programming talent and an interest to solve complex problem with elegant code, you will be a right fit to the team.

Technology is not a bottleneck, but I would image that you are great with both a dynamic language (like python) and a strict language (like java), with unlimited exposure to linux, and can author shell scripts.  Knows the browser well enough that we can push it to its limits.  In fact, we track the release notes of popular browsers to leverage things that are just coming out, like voice etc, which we use for our search.

you know about OOPs and other design pattern, and have written tons of code.  you dont do coding as a job, but as a passion, just like me.

We have very few slots open, so please make it amply clear you are a gem by highlighting few hard problems you have solved.  Prove how competitive you are.  Thanks for reading my message and hope to read through your submission.

Thanks

Melchi, founder of CloudBash (yes, the linux shell Bash).
