GMT educational services is a non-profit educational services company providing allied educational services to students and universities.
We are looking for a Operations Manager to own and manage deliveries in Bangalore delivery center. Excellent payment and perks on offer.
Job description:
- Handle customer enquiries for sales and customer support both by telephone and email
- Manage orders with partner network to ensure timely delivery
- Manage backend application processing center activities
Required skills:
- Should be MBA or masters qualification in business management
- Atleast 2-3 years experience in similar role managing operations in a logistics environment
- Excellent english written and spoken communication skills is essential
