Founding Member - Product Designer

We are looking for an expert UX engineer to join the team in the founding stage. You will have a massive impact over how the product shapes out to be and will be working with the founders directly to shape the experience of the product from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Build intuition of the product as a whole
• Build quick prototypes that can be presented as a product pitch
• Conduct research to understand real world practices and usage behaviors
• Analyse findings, derive meaningful and actionable insights from research
• Create a base for the design team to build upon in future

Requirements

• Experience: You have 3+ years of experience across various facets of design and have designed web and mobile applications in the past (not just static websites).
• Curiosity: You love exploring new and existing paradigms to add to your repertoire of ideas and solutions. You are exceptionally curious about technology, design, product and people. You never feel done learning your craft.
• Delight & Empathy: You have empathy for customers and their journey. You deeply understand how customers think. You can accurately predict how changes will make them feel. You enjoy creating delight.
• Good knowledge and understanding of design principles, interaction design standards and UI patterns for web and mobile
• Must have public portfolio link that demonstrates prior design work for mobile/web applications
