Lead QA Engineer

Clarisights is workspace for Marketing teams where they can get a single view of all their Marketing data in a fast responsive and intuitive platform. We do this by automatically ingesting data from all Marketing channels and adding transformation layers to make it ready for Marketers to use without depending on Analysts or learning SQL.

The founding team of Clarisights worked at companies like Google and Facebook and come with a lot of experience and context. Clarisights is a Techstars 18 co. and well funded. We work with some of the most driven companies around the world and have offices in Berlin and Bengaluru.

What we are looking for:

Accurate and real-time data is core to our platform and we are looking for a QA Lead who can set up systems and processes from scratch and ambitious enough to lead their own teams. You will get to work with pretty much every function of the company from Product Engineering to Customer Success and Ops. 

This is an individual contributor position that owns the end-to-end test plans, test framework/architecture, test execution, leads initiatives/projects. You will be responsible for end-to-end automated and manual system integration testing of our SaaS platform and big data analytics products in a continuous integration/delivery and Agile environment.

Responsibilities: 
-Own the quality of every release into production 
-Design, implement and execute manual and automated test cases 
-Help establish quality metrics fir QA team and help the team reach the goals 
-Document and enforce best practices in both the test and development -teams 
-Design, develop, and deploy scalable and maintainable automated-testing frameworks; select best tools; and own responsibility for overall test strategy and implementation 
-Develop code, scripts and utilities for use by the Test Automation team 
-Ensure we deliver quality products, take and receive criticism, have fun and care about your results, your growth and making the product better.
