Technical Writer

  • ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • Prepare Business Collaterals such as Presentation Decks, Data Sheets, etc.
    • Provide Day to Day Support to Sales Operations by preparing Statement of Works (SOW), Business Proposals, RFP Responses, Custom Decks, etc.
    • Review and Proofread client deliverables such as Client Reports, Presentations, etc.
    • Create new documents, website content, sample reports, blog posts, etc.
    • Work with Technical Teams to understand NotSoSecure services and solutions closely
    • Create technical documentation such as methodologies, case studies, etc.
    • Work with clients to understand their requirements in order to produce deliverables as required

    ·       Participate in best practice sharing.

    KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

    ·       Quality of reports sent to clients

    ·       Response/turnaround times

    ·       Collateral database created and maintained

     These KPI’s, as well as other traits, skills and knowledge requirements will be measured and monitored on a regular basis.

    POSITIONS SPECIFICATIONS

    Essential:

    • Relevant experience, such as technical writing, product documentation, or online publishing including experience with writing technical customer-facing materials.
    • Familiarity with Information Security (preferable but not mandatory)
    • Excellent English languages and grammatical Skills
    • Willingness to research on new topics and stay updated
    • Sound team worker, relationship builder
    • Strong team player and leader with a strong sense of passion, fun, honesty and drive
    • Sound business acumen and ability to hold business level conversations with senior client contacts
    • Ability to work to a proven sales methodology and use of Salesforce CRM
    • Understanding of the IT and technology industry
    • Use of MS Office applications and email
    • Ability to communicate at all levels, both written and verbal
