Backend Software Developer

Chat360 is a funded technology startup which offers omni-channel conversational commerce for enterprises such as LG Saudi Arabia, Ford Group, Enrich Salons, Faber India, Vectus Pipes etc. It leverages Chatbots and AI powered solutions with a powerful analytics engine to help businesses generate more leads, enhance customer retention, automate customer support and marketing initiatives through platforms like Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Google etc The founding team includes alumni of London Business School, IIT and Warwick

Responsibilities:

● Develop and maintain features written in Django framework
● Participating in architectural, design and product discussions
● Following best coding practices such as TDD in lines with scalable architecture in an agile environment
● Following best practices while designing and querying relational databases
● Taking ownership of product features end to end

Good to Have:

● 1+ years of hands on experience with Python Django framework
● Strong understanding of Django Channels (Web Sockets)
● Previous startup experience
● Integration experience with Whatsapp messaging apis
● Hands-on devops experience
