Full Stack Blockchain Developer

You love reading logs, on the server, on your browser, on your CLI, you just love it. It's not pain for you, it's joy, because it helps you understand your machine better. You are happy when things happen without warnings or errors and you relish the sight of a clean console. 

You like to automate anything that you have to do in high frequency manually, which is to say if you have to do anything (non-biological) more than thrice a day, you'd rather automate it. You like structuring your code so you know exactly where things are... you're an arranger of things. 

You don't do hobby projects, you solve problems. For yourself, for others, whatever... you build solutions. You see that problem in front of you, you feel it and you know what the breaks are, your mind immediately says to you, 'what kind of world would we be living in if this problem was still a problem tomorrow?'. Your bias to action is almost annoying to others, you're obsessive, you don't like constant notifications because typing more on slack is not really an indicator of the work you produce; 'talk to my web hooks buddy', you say. 

You live life in shorthand, why move your carpal tunnelled wrist to the trackpad when your already placed fingers can do the same thing in a three finger shorthand, that invokes little textbars, that accept arguments as well. No, you don't type full sentences like the others, you text-expand. 

You like the soft glow of the text on your dark theme text-editor with all the flowy colorful text in it and you feel warm, it's predictable, friendly, always around to communicate with you in the most honest way possible. 

You know where you are, you're home. So good...

You will be working at a startup where we build blockchain platforms for the post demonetisation, aadharified India where we aim to build a cleaner, more usable, more open, more secure, computationally superior infrastructure for governance and administration.

You're not hanging with the crypto bourgeois, we don't discuss the next public chain fork, we tackle difficult problems, problems of scale and we address them in a radically sanitized no BS solution that's aiming to be crazy simple at the user interface level.
