Sr. Tech lead

Onion Credit is a China & Hyderabad based FinTech company, operating as a platform for NBFCs in Digital Lending space. We are an MNC with offices in Singapore, China and India. We are currently looking to hire a Senior Technology Lead who can build a technical team under them and own the Tech deliverables of the product. More experience with Java Stack the merrier.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for participating in and leading the design and coding implementation of the business requirements;
2. participate in continuous improvement of technical solutions to improve stability and efficiency
3. Must be able to build products for scale with CI/CD capabilities

Qualifications:
1. Computer post Graduate, familiar with object-oriented design principles, have high-quality code pursuit, be able to use common design patterns, and have more than 3 years of work experience;
2. Familiar with the use of MySQL;
3. Familiar with GIT, Maven and other tools; familiar with spring, mabatis and other frameworks;
4. Understand the design methods of Distributed Systems: Dubbo and MQ;
5. Have a strong sense of responsibility and initiative and pursue excellence in technology.
