We're fast-headed towards additional personalization and are looking for dynamic product person to join our  team in New Delhi.

Job requirements:

1. 3-5 years of work-ex as a Product Manager or Business Analyst
2. Empathy: For our users - Higher-ed Aspirants
3. Research: To not rush but to build the best product for users
4. Documentation: Even if boring and tedious because it saves time later
5. UX: Because what the user sees is what s/he thinks the product is
6. Growth: Accountability of growth (not just marketing) including engagement and retention
7. Analytics: Even if self-critical because the goal is to build a better product
8. Communication: Inter and intra team (we have 200 people)
9. Fun: Mandatorily needs to enjoy bean bags, beds and beer parties

Good to have:

• Experience working in an education technology (EdTech) company
• Technical understanding/experience
