Careers360 is India's largest EdTech Platform with 87 Million+ sessions in the last year. With relevant content, predictors and information, we counsel Higher-education aspirants feel less confused, less anxious and make the best academic decisions for themselves.
We're fast-headed towards additional personalization and are looking for dynamic product person to join our team in New Delhi.
Job requirements:
- 3-5 years of work-ex as a Product Manager or Business Analyst
- Empathy: For our users - Higher-ed Aspirants
- Research: To not rush but to build the best product for users
- Documentation: Even if boring and tedious because it saves time later
- UX: Because what the user sees is what s/he thinks the product is
- Growth: Accountability of growth (not just marketing) including engagement and retention
- Analytics: Even if self-critical because the goal is to build a better product
- Communication: Inter and intra team (we have 200 people)
- Fun: Mandatorily needs to enjoy bean bags, beds and beer parties
Good to have:
- Experience working in an education technology (EdTech) company
- Technical understanding/experience
