• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Ability to identify, target and close prospective customers through outbound tele-sales (cold calling)
• Prospect, develop opportunities, prepare appropriate documentation and follow-up closely with the accounts
• Demonstrated expertise in initiating and managing successful business-to-business and support relationships
• Strong communication skills, negotiating abilities and excellent phone etiquette
• Must be proactive and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and is internet savvy
• Results oriented with a sense of urgency; motivated by success
• Assist Company in conveying customer needs to inside team (Product Managers and Business Managers) to ensure our long-term competitive edge
• Expand knowledge of industry as well as the competitive posture of the company
• Demonstrates a proficient knowledge of email applications

Required Qualifications

• Any under graduation degree or related field
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to excel in a team oriented atmosphere
• Strong verbal / written communication skills
• Ability to engage potential clients and communicate effectively via telephone and WebEx
• Strong listening skills and typing skills
• Willingness to share ideas openly and take direction from others
