Developer Relations (DevRel) Engineer

CapaCloud is looking for a Developer Relations Engineer to help grow and support our developer ecosystem.

You will bridge the gap between engineering, product, and community by creating educational content, improving developer experience, supporting integrations, and helping developers succeed on the platform.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, building communities, and working with developers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create technical documentation and onboarding guides
  • Build tutorials, demos, and developer resources
  • Support developers across Discord, Telegram, GitHub, and social channels
  • Gather developer feedback and communicate product insights internally
  • Build sample applications and integration examples
  • Organize hackathons, AMAs, workshops, and developer events
  • Improve API onboarding and developer experience
  • Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams
  • Advocate for the developer community internally
  • Grow open-source and technical community engagement

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong technical communication skills
  • Experience working with APIs, SDKs, or developer platforms
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Experience with developer communities or technical support
  • Basic software engineering knowledge
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Experience creating technical content or tutorials
  • Familiarity with GitHub and open-source workflows
  • Comfortable speaking publicly and engaging communities

Nice To Have

  • Experience in Web3 or AI infrastructure
  • Developer advocacy experience
  • Open-source contributions
  • Experience hosting technical workshops or hackathons
  • Content creation experience on social platforms
  • Familiarity with cloud or GPU infrastructure
