We currently serve over 2000 customers worldwide and are looking to grow aggressively, think more than 200% YoY.
We are looking for passionate, energetic and results-oriented individuals to join our Customer Success Team. At CallHub, Customer Success sits at the heart of our goal to create innovative and fast-changing communication products. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible to drive the proper adoption and usage of CallHub’s products and ultimately provide top notch customer service and value.
In this role, you will utilize in-depth knowledge of CallHub’s products and work in close liaison with our customers as a trusted advisor. You are expected to manage the customer experience and help grow and maintain revenue.
Protect and grow revenue on the existing customer base, manage customer life-cycle, ongoing support around customer service levels, forecast and reduce churn
Work closely with sales team to ensure effective and efficient onboarding of new customers and drive greater usage/adoption over time
You will understand the customer's business needs to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage continued long-term relationship and help identify opportunities where CallHub’s products fit their ongoing business strategy
Master CallHub’s system to manage account growth and build strategic relationships
Collect information and intelligence across various customers and share best practices with the Inside Sales team
Serve as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback to Product, Content and other teams on how we can better serve our customers
Should be able to manage and retain designated accounts autonomously
