We are looking for a technical support engineer to help our customers use our software product. Someone who enjoys talking to customers will enjoy this role. We are a small team of around 20 people. You’ll enjoy working with a small, fun and dedicated team.
Customers ask for help through email and chat. Provide high-quality technical support over email, chat and over phone.
Making sure all customer issues that need resolution by the engineering team are followed through and resolved in a timely manner.
Offer additional tips, solutions and advice, related to customers’ use, whenever possible
Become intimately familiar with all aspects of our software
Customer focus - Listening skill - Problem Solving – Analytics
Reviews articles in support knowledge base to improve efficiency
Work with our engineering team and contribute to the product roadmap based on customer requirements
Qualifications and Skills
You should have:
Outstanding written and verbal English communication
Previous experience dealing with application support cases or requests via e-mail, telephone and conference calls
Has worked with cloud applications like Zapier and know how APIs work
Willing to work in the US shift timings (6:00PM to 3:00AM IST)
Detail oriented. Ability to empathize with customers.
Ability to pick up new technologies and assess situations quickly
