CallHub facilitates voter registration, GOTV efforts, party leadership races, advocacy campaigns and voter outreach. We have been part of presidential elections, and multiple grassroots campaigns across the US, Canada, Australia, UK, France, Belgium, Columbia, and more.

CallHub serves more than 2000 customers across six continents.

What are we looking for in you?


We're looking for a skilled content marketer who can,

  • Demonstrate an excellent grasp of verbal and written English.

  • Identify and create good content that is inspired/backed by market research.

  • Weave exciting "stories" around SaaS products.

  • Write long-form content that feels consistent.

  • Keen on learning & educating how an excellent communication strategy drives engagement and action.

  • Show for 1-2 years of content marketing/creation experience, preferably for a SaaS product.

It'll be great if you have a basic understanding of,

  • Major social media platforms and how they work.

  • Search engine optimization.

  • How to edit images.

What will you need to deliver?


  • Get acquainted with the industry and use cases.

  • Deliver content consistently, both internally and externally(guest blogs and participation on forums).

  • Write a clear, concise, well-polished copy. You'll be provided with proofreading tools and writing guidelines.

  • Plan and report the performance of your content. We'll show you how.

  • Repurpose and distribute your content to drive audiences. We'll show you how.

We also encourage everyone to,

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges to build a more effective editorial calendar.

  • Come up with new ideas we can experiment with. We have regular brainstorming sessions.

At times, to deliver great content, you would need a robust cross-functional understanding within CallHub. In those cases, you will need to collaborate across design, engineering, sales, and support teams. Identify the scope for new content that adds to the customer experience.
