You’ll be joining a team of 35 (and growing), who care deeply about each other and are invested in each of us doing great work.

Design is a vital part of CallHub. By radically improving the way organisations use calling and texting, we help build relationships at scale. This requires us to think big and to discover and explore uncharted territory.

What you’ll need

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a UX/Product Designer (Ideally with experience working across complex cloud-based apps, iOS and Android)
  • 2+ years of demonstrated design leadership
  • Strong experience in UX/Product Design methodologies
  • Strong experience in generating insights from user/customer research to feed into the design process
  • Excellent communicator of design work and your rationale behind proposals
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of concept modelling, information architecture, and user-centered design principles.

What you'll do

  • Manage, mentor and inspire a team of designers, providing design direction and pushing the quality of the design work.
  • Take high-level product ideas from conception through execution, across web and mobile.
  • Take joint ownership of metrics and strategy with the product team, and work collaboratively with engineering and operations to meet business goals and measurably improve the lives of users.
  • Take ownership of our design process, design system and end-to-end designs for all products.
  • Explore user problems through hands-on research and work closely with user researchers to flesh out problems before solutioning.
  • Work with engineering to ensure product releases are of high quality.
  • You will be expected to evangelize the design team internally and to the design community to raise awareness about your team’s work, grow the team and build collaboratively.
