About Us

• Our product, CallHub, is the communication hub for businesses and political candidates. We are building a cloud telephony application platform that helps businesses move their telephony applications to the cloud.
• Hundreds of paying customers from North America, Australia and Europe. Companies like, Uber, UK Conservative party, Accenture are using us. Profitable, and growing fast.
• We have lots of data. We are scaling up fast, so our software needs to handle scale gracefully.

We are looking for you if,

• You're an exceptional Python/Django hacker with 2-3 years of experience.
• Care highly about user experience. We're fanatic about it.
• Once you know what needs to be accomplished, you can work completely independently.
• Have a "sense of design" - can tell good design from bad.
• You have seen scale closely and have worked on scaling up an application to a very large number of users.
• Know your way around on Linux like a Pro.

How the Role will Develop
Initially, the tasks you take on will be smaller and fairly well defined. Longer term, the requirements you get will be more general, and you’ll interpret them to produce great solutions. You’ll also generate tasks on your own initiative as you identify opportunities.

As we grow, we may need to take on more developers. You’ll have the opportunity to be responsible for these folks if you want.
