Jr. Android Developer

We are looking for an Android Developer who possesses a passion for pushing mobile technologies to the limits. This Android app developer will work with our team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of our product. Android programming works closely with other app development and technical teams.

Responsibilities :

- Lead architecting, development, integration and testing effort for our Android apps products by taking ownership and delivering product features from concept to implementation

- Work with outside data sources and APIs

- Be the key contributor to product design / technical architecture

- Manage code repositories and build production-ready Android apps ensuring best practices & clean code

- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability

- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance

- Bring in high levels of work ethic and ownership on work responsibilities, dedication, and lead-from-the-front attitude to develop world-class customer and enterprise apps.

Requirements :

- 5+ months experience building LIVE Android apps

- Proven working experience in Android app development and have published at least five original Android app

- Experience with Android SDK

- Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON

- Hands on experience in RX-JAVA

- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs

- Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle
