Experience: 2- 8 yrs

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

• Planning and executing online and offline advertising and marketing activities, events, and campaigns to local audiences.
• Growing user base and improve awareness of the brand in a creative way.
• Monitoring event/campaign and outcomes using data evaluation and user comments to guarantee ever-improving efficacy and user experience.
• Innovating new ways of advertising to build brand reputation, in tandem with the recent and upcoming marketing trends.  

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, planning and execution, preferably in Finance, Tech and Internet.
• Strong coordination skills and strategic mindset towards marketing, with basic to proficient knowledge of online and offline marketing avenues such as social media, community management, event management, and others.
• Proven experience in growing and managing user base.
