    Your Profile
    1. Process large amounts of structured and unstructured data. Map-reduce experience is a must.
    2. Develop distributed, mission critical applications in heterogeneous architectures for multi user systems.
    3. Ability to bridges gaps across business areas, operational business units, infrastructure team, and development teams.
    4. Ability to work independently, as well as on teams, in an agile, global environment.
    5. Strong technical team leadership, mentor-ship and technical guidance to junior members in team.
    6. Successful delivery of Hadoop implementations all the way to production.
    Your checklist
    1. Deep knowledge in data mining, machine learning, natural language processing or information retrieval.
    2. Strong knowledge of and experience with statistics.
    3. Strong interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
    4. Experience in Big Data technologies like Hadoop, Hive, Pig, Spark.
    5. Excellent understanding of major programming/scripting languages like Java, Linux, PHP, Python or R.
    6. Experience with distributed pub/sub(Apache Kafka/RabbitMQ/MQTT), Apache Storm / Spark Streaming is must.
    7. Experience in building ELK(ElasticSearch, Logstash, Kibana)stack for logging system.
    8. Understand ETL design and development best practices. Awareness about various ETL Tools like Informatica, Talend or Pentaho.
    9. Experience with distributed pub/sub(Apache Kafka/RabbitMQ/MQTT), Apache Storm / Spark Streaming is must.
    10. Great attention to detail and design. Strong work prioritization, planning and organizational skills.
    11. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to clearly articulate solution alternatives.
