Job Description

1) Should have experience in creating standard documentation sets such as API documentation, Design documents, process documents, user guides, online help and tutorials
2) Should be able to produce high-quality documentation, by working together with Product Management, Engineering and QA teams, that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
3) Should be able to understand the need for end-user documentation and build manuals from scratch
4) Should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
5) Should have hands-on experience of technical authoring and editing tools
6) Create and use visual aids (images, diagrams, charts) where appropriate
7) Familiarity with various technologies
8) Should be able to grasp complex workflows and processes and reproduce them in simple, clear, and concise language
9) Should be able to work with templates and create templates, if need be.
