Experience needed: Ideally looking at a candidate who has about 1 year of experience, but ok to look at fresher too if they have real good hands on.
---> Python/Django/MVC framework ( or any one programming language really good)
---> HTML5/JS/Jquery
---> Sockets/WebRTC knowledge ( ok if you know how atleast WEBrtc works )
---> Code repository maintenance
---> Proper communication abilities
---> MySQL or a good DB knowledge (hands on)
---> Good sense of humour and ability to take ownership
