This role is key to support the Community Engagement Ops of the firm’s platform operations, known as Platform Blu. The person is expected to multi-task and drive all the engagement initiatives for the year

1. Run the entire Events Calendar end to end which includes a broad variety of tasks:
• planning logistics,
• venue recce with micro detailing,
• vendor negotiations,
• maintaining related spreadsheets,
• sending detailed follow-up email communication to vendors,
• ensuring correct terms & billing by vendors,
• closing the process by capturing balance details onto the process document
2. Negotiating for group deals/discounts for the portfolio
3. Maintain and execute checklists for onboarding, venues, portfolio sessions
4. Build vendor relationships across F&B, audio-visual, printers, office fit-outs, photographers, etc
