Event Planning Sales

As a part of our Inbound Sales team, you'll be responsible for ensuring every customer who gets in touch with BigFday gets a hassle-free planning experience. In order to do that, you'll be expected to

  • Speak to customers and help them plan their event by helping them with suggestions (Venues, Decors, Photography, etc) via BigFday backend
  • Close sales deal over the phone and maintain good relationships with vendors (Hotels, Event planners, photographers, etc.)
  • Help the customers finalize the right event services


  • Can sell ice to Eskimo
  • Excellent communication skills (Fluency in English & Tamil are mandatory. Additional regional languages will get you brownie points)
  • Go-getter, extrovert, who can start conversations and talk for hours
  • Good at solving issues
  • Can fight your way to get a win-win situation
  • Ability to empathize and persuade people
  • You’ll be okay with excited people continuously calling you to help plan the biggest celebrations of their life
