We work remotely all the time. We have an office in Pune, so you can come to the office too.
We are opinionated about How We Work.
We dived into ReactJS pretty early and we like it a lot. We are writing a book on it. All our Ruby team members either already know ReactJS or are learning ReactJS. If you do not know JavaScript very well, then that's ok, but you should be willing to learn JavaScript and then ReactJS.
