Bhasha.io is an award winning language learning platform for Indian languages and English. We provide language learning tools and coaching using an integrated approach (mobile, web, offline)
We are looking for a talented growth hacker to join our team now as we scale.

Responsibilities and Duties
1. Understand the business objectives and help in executing strategic marketing and sales plans.
2. Work on growing our coaching business using both digital and offline marketing methods.
3. Doing market research for our user segment
4. Grow app downloads using a mixed marketing approach (both organic and paid media).

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
1. You should have sharp business and people skills.
2. Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi.
3. Digital marketing knowledge: SEO, content marketing, paid ads, Google analytics etc.

4. This job is not restricted to digital marketing, seo, ads etc but requires an ability to solve uncertain problem in an innovative way (a jugaad mentality).

5. Well versed in general marketing strategies and sales.
6. A good understanding of how tech works. Apps, websites.
7. Ability to create marketing content, if required.
8. Being a generalist rather than a specialist
9. and ultimately, a fantastic can-do attitude.
