Extensive Sterling call center and store customization with Dojo framework

  Must know how to modify existing screens on the sterling CC and store applications, 

  Add a new page and new attributes to a page

  Modify API templates and define new services for the pages 

  Pagination API and it's working 

  Replace existing API with a new API / service to fetch a page data

  Authentication / session management/ logging for the applications

  Java script, CSS, HTML fundamentals

  Preferable to have experience with popular JS frameworks

Build and deployment for sterling call center and store applications 

Sterling OMS fundamentals

API tester, api docs, custom apis/ services, agents, db extension, pipeline, participant setup

CDT (configuration deployment)
