About us: BC Jukebox is an early stage startup based out of Powai. The founding members come from diverse professional backgrounds viz. Consulting, Investment Banking, Aviation and are alumni of premium institution, IIT Bombay.

BC Jukebox is a subscription based product for hospitality (restaurants, pubs & bars) and retail sector, to ease out their operations and increase customer engagement. Use of a technology product that too with a SaaS type model is fairly new to the hospitality sector and thus it's an exciting & challenging task to achieve. With this product, we are creating a new market of technology/software products for the hospitality sector.

Our vision is to build a sales team which will be counted amongst the best in the world! We envisage our hires to become thought leaders of the Sales industry in the near future, the next Chet Holmes, Aaron Ross. We are looking for people with Entrepreneurial DNA, who will build the system with us as we move forward, grow with the company with much higher responsibilities or potentially start their own company!

The profile for the Sales Development Representative is as follows:

  • Identify potential clients which conform to the Ideal customer profile for the product
  • Perform due diligence on the identified clients
  • Discover all the decision makers involved for a deal
  • Build a network of people within the targeted companies to reach the decision makers
  • Effectively pitch to the decision makers including C-level executives & escalate the deal to finalization stage
  • Work closely with the technical team for improvement of the product based on client feedback
  • Work with the Business development team to refine the Ideal customer profile
  • Work with the Sales team to improve the sales pitch for different target groups
  • Maintain an active Objection Management Sheet
  • Maintain, categorize and update client database
  • Should be comfortable with flexible timings

Base Salary: 3.6 lacs in hand

CTC: 5 lacs

Sales Incentive: Known to be as high as INR 1 lakh per month for best performers.
