Aspiring manager wanted for market and M&A research

Hello!

I am the former India country head of a large US product company.  I have started a consultancy assisting in vendor management and acquisitions for product companies.

I am looking for someone creative and diligent to help me build up a network of suitable small software vendors and individuals across India.

Skills required:

• Internet research (google, linkedin, meetups, etc)
• Perfect or near perfect written and broadly understandable verbal English
• Basic organizational and reporting skills (spreadsheets, documents, presentations, etc)

Would be great if you also:

• Have a decent knowledge of the tech landscape (languages, platforms, etc)
• Have recruiting experience
• Know how to read a contract

While this is a junior role, and great for a fresher, or a techie looking to transition to management, it is useful experience if you want to work in:

• Recruiting
• Sales
• Vendor selection / negotiation
• Market research
• Mergers and Acquisitions 

You'll get to work alongside me directly (for what that's worth) and interact directly with vendors and clients, giving you a nice network for your next step.  I also make damn good coffee and baked goods (which I share).
