Solve Complex Problems - Solve complex problems through technology selection.
Lead Small Teams - Work in small teams with highly agile development environments.
Write Code - Write code across multiple languages and stacks to get the job done
Support - Support users of the systems you build.At BaseApp Engineers support their products.
Constant Learning - Constantly learn new technologies and stacks and be on the cutting edge.

Positions

Lead WebApp Developer - Well versed with web based application development. PHP/Python Framework based development. Has Implemented scalable solution for high traffic sites and more than average sized databases. Full Product development lifecycle experience preferred.

Salary : 3 - 6 Lk/PA for start + Profit Sharing in long run

You will be out #3 employee , we will be hiring 1 or 2 people under you. Next few months we will be devloping Web Applications for our established user base. If our predictions are correct you can by next year be making more than a lakh a month if you are on % profit sharing basis and grow by factors every year. And professionaly will have a successful products in deployment which you can be proud of.  So basically the post is for a Right Hand Man (RHM).
