Looking for Mobile App Developers (iOS & Android)

for iOS:

Role Description 
• Would be involved in creating innovative mobile applications
• Exceptionally experienced and impressive coder who has a real passion for what they do
• Demonstrate innovative UI design and development skills and understand what makes an app addictive and appealing
• Ability to use team strengths to solve problems
• Maintain high code quality and maintainability. 

Competencies • Knowledge and awareness of IOS internals and capabilities are mandatory.
• Knowledge of iPhone-specific testing and debugging across all versions (3, 3GS, 4)
• Exposure to 3rd Party API Integration (Flickr, Twitter, Facebook Connect, Google Maps, etc.)
• A systematic approach to application integration
• In-depth debugging skill and defensive coding ability
• An understanding of web technologies such as Open GL, Coco2D, Flash AS3
• Familiarity with tools, concepts and methodologies of application development 

For Android:

Responsibilities 

• End to end ownership of the mobile products you will work on.  
• Deliver high performing and scalable mobile solutions.  
• Work closely with product managers, designers and other engineers to ensure the delivery of product within planned timelines and highest quality.  
• Maintenance and sustenance of the product across different versions.  
• Keeping in mind industry best standards and also responsible for maintaining technical documentation.  

 Requirements 

• 2+ years of writing Android / iphone apps. Knowledge of cross platform frameworks like titanium, phonegap is a plus.  
• Strong debugging & troubleshooting skills.  
• A deep familiarity with Java, Android SDK, JSON, XML and SQ Lite Databases.  
• Exposure to Agile development methodology.  
• Experience in working with testing methodologies for Android based apps.  
• Experience with analytics platform like Mixpanel, Flurry will be a big plus.  
• Good understanding of mobile design patterns and user experience on devices is a big plus.  
• Strong grasp of CS fundamentals and excellent problem solving abilities.  
• Self starter and capable of learning fast.
