Sr. Java Developer

Job Purpose : Design & implement the best-engineered technical solutions using the latest technologies and tools.

Who you are :

- You have experience of 4 - 10 years in Java Development (core java, spring, spring boot) (at least 1 year of designing the systems).

- You are particular for selecting aright technology for the right problem.

- You help to cultivate the energy of young talent in your team to get the best out of them.

- You promote innovative ideas in your team for faster development. e.g. scripting to automate different aspects of projects.

- You understand the importance of code readability and promote clean code practices.

- You prefer to make things measurable. e.g. build time, test suite execution time, application loading time, API execution time.

- You love to understand the business domain of the solution along with NFR aspects.

- Ability to understand non-functional requirements such as scalability, security, application monitoring, performance, etc.

- Prior experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
