As a Professional Services Project Manager at Avi Networks, your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Implement industry standard project management principles and practices for global consulting engagements
  • Track and ensure successful completion of high impact deployment and technical training projects with stipulated timelines and deliverables
  • Liaison internally with Finance and Legal teams for project tracking and billing purposes
  • Assist with resource planning and associated project logistics
  • Work with technical consultants on project scoping, requirement gathering and deliver pertinent statements of work
  • Provide regular status updates to external and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure documentation of deployment & operational best practices post delivery

Desired Skills/Qualifications

  • At least 10 + years of Consulting Project Management experience with relevant certifications
  • Demonstrated track record of project delivery
  • Ability to work under pressure and to communicate effectively with a globally distributed team and client base
  • Domain experience in Application Delivery Controller projects is a plus
  • Experience with at least one Avi Vantage integrated ecosystems like OpenStack, ESXi, OpenShift, AWS, Mesos DC/OS, Docker, Azure, GCP is a plus
  • Experience with REST API and/or Python programming is a plus
  • Excellent communication, time management, and process adherence skills
