Engineering Lead (Front-end)

We are looking for a Front End Engineering Lead to craft awesome user interfaces, interactions to help scale multiple SaaS products.

What You Will Do:

  • Design and drive front-end architecture and design for extensibility, usability, consistency, and security
  • Hire, Lead and Mentor a team of developers (Front-End / UI) as well contribute in a  hands-on role as required.
  • Collaborate with Engineering Leads, QA, product managers, UX designers and others to build scalable products
  • Mentoring engineers and helping them progress on their career path.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in collaborative environments

What you will need

  • 7+ years of Front-end  Product development with solid knowledge of HTML,CSS , SASS and JS.
  • Good understanding of React.js, React-Native, Redux, Sagas, and ES6
  • Experience with server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS (we like SASS)
  • Experience with unit testing libraries such as Mocha, Jest, Chai, Enzyme
  • Strong OOP/functional design principles/experience building JavaScript applications
  • Solid foundation in computer science with strong competency in data structures, algorithms and software design.
  • Passion for quality and engineering excellence at scale

What we would love to see

  • Good Understanding of REST, GraphQL
  • Architecture design and definition experience using  Ruby, Java or other Server side technologies, frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Docker, containerized deployments and cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
