1.     We are looking for Customer support individuals for our Start-Up organization to independently handle the Customer Support Operations.

2.     E-mail Support

3.     Chat Support.

4.    Call Support.

5.    Hands on experience in handling multiple customer queries at one time.

6.    Preferably from Startups/E-commerce business.

7.    Excellent verbal and written communication.

8.    Ability to handle call pressure and resolve issues independently.

9.    Good in making Reports 

10.  Preferred from  Automotive.
