AI Driven College of the Future | Engineer Instructor | Full Stack Web Developer

AttainU is a college of the future, one which is aligned with the industry.

This means that all our instructors are software engineers first and divide their time between building tech pieces, setting up scalable teaching practises and actual instruction.

As an early team member at a fast-growing startup, this role comes with big responsibilities and a rocketing trajectory. You'll be required to work out of the Bangalore office and collaborate closely with other team members, industry partners and students.

You will be responsible for
1) instruction and student progress
2) setting up and stabilizing scalable teaching practises
3) building scalable, searchable big data collection platforms
4) building AI driven solutions towards efficient learning outcomes

Education, Skills, and Experience -
4 to 8 years of experience in software development. Hands-on skills in MERN stack.
Prototype to Scale experience.
Worked on diverse projects, picking up new things on the go.
Have an active GitHub profile / open-source contributions.

Experience in/Passion for teaching/mentoring software development students.
Great verbal communication skills. Comfortable in public speaking situations.

Experience working at a startup. Thrive in uncertainty and unchecked rapid growth.
Experience building, leading teams.

Most importantly we are looking for people who align with AttainU’s mission of fixing higher education systemically in India.

Big plus if you -
Have worked with distributed big data sets (optimized storage, search and retrieval).
Have worked on NLP and ML Algorithms
