Looking for QA Engineers with Selenium Expertise for Appirio India

The QA Consultant will work with the development and QA team on projects, to ensure that automated regression testing occurs for all development.

The QA Automation Engineer will work with the development and QA team on projects, to ensure that automated regression testing occurs for all development.

Primary Responsibilities

• Attends requirements related sessions, as needed

• Creates or provides input to the Test plan for a project

• Reviews regression test suite and works with manual testers (as required)

• Creates automated test scripts using Selenium or QTP or other tools of choice

• Execute the automated test scripts during the appropriate test cycle.  

• Logs issues/bugs found during the execution of test scripts, in the appropriate bug/issue tracking tool identified for the project

• Re-run the automation scripts to verify that the bugs/issues are fixed

• Works closely with the client's QA/project team, as required by the project

• Works close with Appirio developers and Appirio QA team, as required on the project

• Achieves published company utilization targets.

Basic Qualifications

• Brings 2+ years experience with an automated tool like Selenium (or QTP or SILK). Selenium is our preferred tool. Experience in manual testing will be a plus.

• Experience with testing either CRM software (Salesforce, Siebel, Clarify, Vantive, Peoplesoft, NetSuite, etc.), Messaging software (Google, Exchange, Lotus Notes), or Financial/HR software (Workday, Peoplesoft, SAP, etc.), will be a plus.

• Experience in working with Scrum/Agile methodology will be preferred
