We are hiring Automation Test Lead!

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for customer enquiries and concerns
• Review customer requirements, plan and coordinate delivery activities
• Analyze customer requirements, set delivery priorities, timeline and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals
• Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely manner
• Manage a delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries
• Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements
• Ensure that the team maintains a high level of competence and operational excellence
• Make critical business decisions to meet customer expectations
• Report delivery status to customers and develop required delivery documentation
• Develop testing strategies and test approaches
• Provide day-to-day technical mentoring, work assignment and tracking of deliverables of test team
• Work with the team to develop test plans, execute tests and troubleshoot issues
• Work with Customers Product Owners, Program managers, Development team to plan & track testing activities across the team
• Prioritize and handle changing priorities in a fast paced environment
• Manage the team’s talent acquisition, Training and Performance Reviews
• Maintaining the document of various accounts assigned and provide a clear roadmap to the management about the ongoing process.

Must-Have

• Experience in both technical and QA process - for Mobile testing, Web & API testing ·
• Sound Knowledge on Android, iOS and Web App testing
• Team management experience for 2 to 4 years
• Ability to handle projects in parallel
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Very good team management skills with the ability to coach and mentor team members
• Good verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain deadlines.
