We're building an ambition-building program for teenagers aged 11-18. This is a hands-on role owning product delivery, app adoption, dashboards, data accuracy and business automations, while guiding technical interns and junior developers.

Looking for someone with a technical/engineering background and experience in product management, technical operations or systems engineering. You should be comfortable with SQL, workflow automation such as n8n, product analytics, CRM/project tools and modern app/backend environments.
