HR Executive required

  • Duties and responsibilities:

  1. Coordinating with Campus and creating pool of candidates.
  2. Work closely to senior level management  to understand overall needs and requirements.
  3. Responsible for all processes related to recruitment, selection and joining of the candidate.
  4. Offer/Joining conversion ratio compliance.
  5. Handling attendance management and leave management.
  6. Provide orientation to the new employees.
  7. Setting up and updating a recruitment database to accurately record candidate activity.
  8. Assist in development and implementation of HR policies.
  9. Handling Employee Grievances,Managing IR Activities.
  10. Supervising and coordinating various activities related to general management of the company.
  11. Handling Day-to-Day Secretarial Work.
  12. Follow admin related processes,procedures & complete task as per TATS.

  • Requisite skills/Experience:
  1. Educational Qualifications:UG: Any Discipline, PG - MBA/PGDM in HR
  2. Experience: 0-2 years
  3. Excellent spoken & written English language skills
